7 shows on Netflix and other streaming services to enjoy this week

As it wraps up its first season, Hulu’s “The Act” continues to grip audiences. But it couldn’t beat YouTube’s “Cobra Kai” this week, which rose to the top. And CBS All Access’ “Star Trek: Discovery” is still going strong, but slumped a tad as its second season recently came to an end.
